Subject:A Major Energy, Economic and National Security Election Issue

I am a Canadian citizen interested in knowing what your position is on the issue of unidentified flying objects as well as the information and documents in the possession of the Canadian government, the Canadian Defense Department, intelligence and military services and NORAD attesting to the reality of the UFO/ET phenomenon and how this relates to new energy sources.

Why do you need to address this as an election issue? First, it has been kept from you because you do not possess a need to know. Senior Intelligence bureaucrats and low level military personnel do not permit politicians who come and go every four years or sooner to have access to this important matter. Secondly a large and growing number of Canadians like me want to know the truth behind government knowledge of this matter. Thirdly and most importantly, opening the UFO/Extraterrestrial file as an election issue will begin to resolve the entire spectrum of energy problems facing Canada and the planet. This will protect Canada from the $700 billion economic melt-down now occurring in United States by removing our dependency on oil.

EXTRATERRESTRIAL ENERGY – ELIMINATES THE USE OF OIL - These craft, clearly of non-Earth origin use propulsion systems and energy sources that, if explored by our science and technology experts, would eliminate the use of fossil fuels. This option must be assessed, investigated and made public immediately. FACT: Unacknowledged Special Access Programs beyond American Congressional oversight are already aware of and have experimented with exotic energy systems obtained from downed UFO vehicles that use the quantum vacuum of space as their source of propulsion. Why is this being hidden? This issue requires your immediate attention. Ignoring the investigation of this matter eliminates a totally new source of energy. Do Canadians want to hear from you about how to eliminate all fossil fuels? The answer is “YES!”

If these issues are of concern to you, then this election campaign and the up-coming nationally televised leaders’ debates in English and French are your opportunities to state your position on these questions for Canadians who need to know about the policy implications of this matter.

SOME FACTUAL BACKGROUND

1. France and Britain have released over 5000 UFO files into the public and scientific domain. United Nation Decision 33/426 in 1978 made it clear all member states were to contribute research into UFOs and extraterrestrial life. It is now time for Canada to do the same and more.

2. The massive number of confirmed radar trackings of unexplained incidents over NATO, FAA, our NORAD and other international air space each year are of serious concern to military and governmental agencies. NORAD for example compiles then sanitizes UFO reports of encounters with our military and commercial jets. Intense secrecy is employed to conceal and publicly discredit the UFO phenomenon despite the fact NORAD jets regularly chase and are successfully eluded by intelligently controlled craft of unknown origin traveling thousands of mph faster than our most sophisticated F-16’s, while UFOs hover, make high-speed 90 degree turns, instantaneously reverse course or simply disappear. 3. Our Canadian government once addressed this issue and sought action. Below is direct and irrefutable historical evidence of this. A former senior official in the Department of Transportation Wilbert B. Smith wrote a memo to his superiors in 1952 concerning a high level meeting he had in Washington with the Chairman of the Defense Research Board Doctor Solandt about the UFO matter. Smith also received some astounding information from Canadian Embassy staff after his meeting with Solandt. Four shocking facts emerged from his three page memo:

"a) The matter is the most highly classified subject in the United States Government, rating higher even than the H-bomb.

b) Flying saucers exist.

c) Their modus operandi is unknown but (a) concentrated effort is being made by a small group headed by Doctor Vannevar Bush.

d) The entire matter is considered by the United States authorities to be of tremendous significance.” [this memorandum is available in Ottawa Dept of Defense archives]

SUMMARY - The common reproach that we do not know what UFOs are leaves open the possibility that they may in fact be a phenomenon far beyond our scientific knowledge. Given the releases by the French and British governments and the intense secrecy existing about this matter, there is absolutely no reason why this issue should not be investigated by our government as cited by these persistent and pervasive corroborated sighting reports by military and commercial pilots, air traffic controllers and former military personnel. The public policy implications and enormous potential energy independence from fossil fuels derived from an open examination of the UFO matter are staggering. While political leaders like you are purposefully kept out of the loop, a succession of apolitical silence is entrenched. It is critical for you to turn this silence into action.

As an eligible voting Canadian I request the following from you during this campaign:

ð Will you initiate a public statement calling for the UFO matter to be a major election issue relating to Canadian National and Economic Security and the massive energy implications?

ð Will you, while on stage before the media and viewers during the upcoming Leaders’ Debates, openly raise this matter as an energy issue and one of national and economic security that is completely ignored by the current government and call for an immediate post-election Parliamentary investigation of the UFO/ET matter and its implications?

ð Will you issue a public statement indicating how the energy issues connected to an examination of the matters relating to the UFO phenomenon will now become part of your party’s green platform components to eliminate our dependency on fossil fuels?

This letter is also being faxed to major media outlets in my city. I request your response by regular or electronic mail to the information in this facsimile and to the three requests made to you above. Now, Canada’s future is truly in your hands.
